Fasige started her 2nd year in Pre-Engineering in March 2023 at Mizan Tepi University. Fasige is very kind and helpful. She speaks English very well, loves music and loves to learn English so she can talk to visitors when they come. She often translated for teams who came to New Hope.

Fasige came to the orphanage when she was 5 years old. Her mother died when she was a baby and Fasige lived with her grandmother. Her dad left her there when he left town for work and never came back. Before she came to New Hope Orphanage, Fasige had never been to school. Thanks to Tomorrow Come Foundation, she is now attending college.
