Feyera started his 3rd year in Computer Science in December 2022 at CPU College. Thanks to Tomorrow Come Foundation, he is able to attend college. Feyera says he enjoys learning and likes to be funny, and wants to become a software engineer.

Feyera's father was a soldier and died in the war on the northern border of Ethiopia when Feyera was little. His mother died when he was five, and Feyera lived with his uncle who was a day laborer. His uncle was paid very little and Feyera often did not get much food. He was brought to New Hope Orphanage to be cared for.
